Not actually and it is because I was not doing high volume (high repetitive motion). In the beginning I had pain in my right shoulder and I found out that it was because I was using it to stop at the wall. When I stopped doing that it went away.
Thanks. And incidentally, on Friday I discovered a cause of mine. Went to ER and I have DVT in my right arm and probable thoracic outlet syndrome 🥺
